Our brand new, fully self contained basement bedroom in pristine conditions is situated within the grounds of a spacious suburban block. This bedroom, in an open plan style with en-suite, consists of 1 queen size bed and 1 single sofa bed with plenty of cupboard/drawers for your clothes. Set within a delightful and tranquil garden setting, you can be assured of total privacy (if that is what you like). Your bedroom looks out to a lovely rear garden with a swing.

As the bedroom is in the basement, it is cool in the hot summer months and warm in the cold winter months. A portable fan/heater is available should you feel the need for either.

This bedroom can sleep up to 3 adults comfortably and can accommodate 4 with extra bedding. Additional charges apply for more than 2 people.

This house is family and kid friendly as it is fenced in to prevent “missing toddlers”. A family park, just across the road is a great place for your early morning walk or romantic evening stroll or join the many jogger for their routine exercise.

You will enjoy the peaceful setting and the privacy offered. Enjoy a wine on the deck or relax and watch TV from the comfort of your own bed or paint the town red and come back through your own private entrance.

Our house is only 5 minutes walk to a train station which will place you in the city central within 25 minutes and only 8 minutes walk to the bus stop that takes you straight to the largest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere, Chadstone. The local shopping strip is located just 10 mins walk away, catering for your needs (IGA supermarket, liquor store, deli, bakers, fresh fruits grocers, travel agents, hairdresser, take away/fast food shop, post office, library and banks. We are only 8km from the city centre and taxi fare from Tullamarine Airport is approximately Aud$85.

Our house is only 10 minutes drive from Deakin University, Burwood Campus. There are also a number of different restaurants nearby along with parks, cinemas On Sundays there is the local outdoor market in both Oakleigh and Camberwell. The many tourist attractions of Melbourne are endless and there is always something to see or visit.

Rental per night includes :-

  • Continental breakfast is offered on the first morning only.

Terms & Conditions

Rates: Aud$69 per night per room

Minimum Stay: 2 nights

Deposit:- Aud$69.00 is required to confirm your reservation which is deducted from the credit card number provided unless otherwise advised. The deposit is only taken if we can confirm your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival.

Extra Guest: Aud$20.00 per day applies for the extra person in addition to the 2 guests.

Liability: We are not responsible for any loss or damage relating to any personal belongings of the guest however so caused.

Checking in/out: Check in time is 12 Noon. Check out time is 10.00a.m. (extension is subjected to avaibility)

Cancellation:- Your deposit is non refundable if your reservation or part thereof is cancelled after your reservation has been confirmed by us. Non Arrival or Cancellation within 48 hours of check in will result in your deposit being forfeited. We ask you to please choose carefully as we are unable to give refunds.

Room Service: if you are staying more than 1 week, bed linen/towels will be changed by mutual arrangement and minimum disruption.

Smoking: Not Allowed except outside of house

Pets: Not Allowed

This place is great for a short stay or long stay.
