My home is on Elwood beach (4 doors from the sea) and within walking distance to Brighton and St Kilda, the most famous tourist spot in Melbourne. St Kilda Pier is where fairy penguins have nests and is open to public viewing. This is where these cute penguins wander freely.
My house includes an outdoor spa/swimming pool.
1-2 minutes walk takes you to a sandy beach and sea where you can also swim and indulge in water sports.
10 minutes stroll on the beach to Elwood village where cafes and boutique shops abound.
Upmarket bayside neighbourhood in Church Street, Brighton. Best fish and chips and coffee in the world (my opinion only).

A bike trial runs all the way to the city. My house is 5 minutes walk to bus that links with trams and trains to the city centre (Flinders street station and Southern Cross station that is linked to airport shuttles).

45 minutes by car to airport about $70 single trip.
5 minutes drive (and walkable if you don’t have heavy luggage) to airport bus $22 single trip. Tix can be bought online. Yoga/meditation sessions are available in the house upon request.
5 minute drive to Argentinian tango/salsa walk-in classes.
The bedroom is big with its own separate entrance to the front garden. It is an ensuite (shower/toilet). Room has a double bed (antique) with custom made mattress. Room has been described as WOW!
Unique features of house/home: theatre/film studio/multi purpose space suitable for movies, meditation, yoga, massages, tango etc. A baby grand steinway piano and me. I am indisputably unique. Intuitive cook, capable of producing eastern and western meals in a blink. When in the mood.
